By downloading, installing, or using Habeeto ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Habeeto is a habit tracking application that allows you to create habits, track daily progress, set goals, and monitor streaks. The App is available for iOS devices and offers both free and premium subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

Habeeto does not require you to create an account. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Habeeto offers optional premium subscriptions with the following terms:

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly depending on your plan).
  • Free Trial: Some plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period, and you will be notified in advance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Habeeto — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, mascot character ("Habeeto"), icons, and text — are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All personal data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your habits, goals, or personal information on our servers.

8. Backup and Restore

The Backup & Restore feature allows you to export and import your data. You are solely responsible for the security and storage of your backup files. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device changes, app deletion, or failed backups.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of streaks, or inability to access premium features.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
