1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Mantora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The app

Mantora is a daily affirmation collectible-card app: reveal a card each day, build a collection, and optionally unlock additional decks. Some content requires a one-time purchase or the Plus subscription.

3. No account

Mantora does not require an account. Your collection and settings live on your device.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Mantora offers an optional auto-renewing “Plus” subscription and one-time deck packs. Purchases are billed through your Apple or Google account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any free-trial period offered converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Prices may vary by region and may change over time. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and refund requests are handled by Apple or Google.

5. Acceptable use

Use Mantora for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app, its artwork, or its content.

6. Intellectual property

The Mantora app, its card artwork, affirmations, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the content within the app; it does not transfer ownership.

7. Wellbeing disclaimer

Mantora's affirmations and content are provided for inspiration and general wellbeing only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling, please seek appropriate help.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

You may stop using Mantora at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at our discretion.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies to you.
